| 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour | 1-1/2 cups sugar | 1/8 teaspoon salt |
| 1 cup butter or margarine, melted | 2 eggs, beaten | 2 tablespoons almond extract |
| 3/4 cup sliced almonds | ||
| 1 | Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and almond extract in a large mixing bowl, stirring well. Pour batter into a lightly greased 10-inch pieplate. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. |
