| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup butter or margarine | 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate | 2 eggs |
| 1 cup sugar | 1/4 cup all-purpose flour | 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/4 cup chopped pecans | vanilla ice cream | |
| 1 | Place butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. |
| 2 | Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar and flour, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate mixture into a well-greased 9-inch pieplate. Bake at 325 F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Let cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream. |
