Panache Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 2 eggs
1 cup sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pecans vanilla ice cream



1 Place butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
2 Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar and flour, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate mixture into a well-greased 9-inch pieplate. Bake at 325 F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Let cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
