| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell | 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened | 1 cup sugar |
| 2 eggs | 1/2 cup all-purpose flour | 2 tablespoons bourbon |
| pinch of salt | 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels | 1 cup chopped pecans |
| whipped cream or ice cream | ||
| 1 | Bake pastry shell at 350 F. for 8 minutes. Let cool. |
| 2 | Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, bourbon, and slat; beat well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans. Spread mixture in baked pastry shell. Bake at 350 F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set. Let cool completely before serving. Serve with whipped cream. |
