| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 pound pork loin, cubed | 1/3 pound beef kidney, cubed | 1/3 pound beef liver, cubed |
| 1/3 pound beef pancreas, cubed | 1 cup vegetable or corn oil | 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic |
| 1/4 cup finely minced onion | 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger | 3 cups water |
| 1 tablespoon patis or salt | 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper | 1/2 pound spinach |
| 1 | Clean the meats thoroughly. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry all the meat cubes until brown. Drain and set aside. |
| 2 | In another medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute garlic, onion and ginger. Cook until garlic is brown and onion is transparent. Add the fried meat cubes. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the meats are tender. Season with patis or salt and pepper. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Serve hot. |
