| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cloves garlic, chopped | 3 tablespoons olive oil | 3 stalks celery, chopped |
| 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped | 1 10-ounce package frozen peas | 1/2 pound pasta, cooked and drained |
| 1 | Saute the garlic in the olive oil until barely browned. Add the celery and the tomatos, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the frozen peas, and cook for 10 minutes. Serve over hot pasta. |
