| 1/2 medium jicama, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices | 3 medium oranges, peeled and sliced | 3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and sliced |
| 1/4 cup dried cranberries | ORANGE HONEY DRESSING: 1/2 cup orange juice | 1/4 cup honey |

| 1 | Prepare Orange Honey Dressing: Mix all ingredients. |
| 2 | Cut jicama slices into star shapes, using small star-shaped cookie cutter. |
