Spaghetti Frittata

INGREDIENTS:
1/8 pound thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, rinsed, and cooled 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste pinch each of oregano and basil olive oil for frying



1 Blend all the ingredients together, and brown on one side in a small frying pan in a bit of olive oil.
2 Top with more cheese, and place under broiler until crusty and browned on top.
