| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/8 pound thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, rinsed, and cooled | 1 egg, beaten | 2 tablespoons fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese |
| salt and pepper to taste | pinch each of oregano and basil | olive oil for frying |
| 1 | Blend all the ingredients together, and brown on one side in a small frying pan in a bit of olive oil. |
