Chicken Pieces with Lime

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken, cut up 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon whole thyme
2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh-cracked pepper to taste 2 limes, cut into wedges



1 Place the chicken pieces in an oiled baking dish, and mix with the olive oil, thyme, lemon juice, and pepper. Bake at 375 F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is golden and tender.
2 Garnish with the wedges of lime so that each guest may soak his chicken in lime juice and enjoy.
