| 1 cup flour | 1 cup sesame seeds | 2 tablespoons good paprika |
| salt to taste | 2 pounds chicken thighs | 2 eggs, whipped |
| 1/2 cup chicken broth | ||
| 1 | Blend together in a large bowl the flour and sesame seeds, along with the paprika and a little salt. Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture, and dip them first in a mixture of the eggs and chicken broth, and then back into the flour again. You may brown these lightly in a frying pan and finish in the oven, or you may simply bake them at 350 F. for about 30 minutes. |
