| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary | 1/2 tablespoon fresh sauge or marjoram or 1/4 tablespoon dried sage or marjoram | 6 lamb chops or lamb steaks |
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Crush up the rosemary and sage or marjoram, and place in a bowl along with the lamb. Add the garlic and oil, and allow to marinate for 3 hours or longer if you wish. |
| 2 | Place the meat on a broiling rack, and broil, under high heat, for about 5 minutes a side or to your taste. Splash with the lemon juice, and salt and pepper, and serve hot. |
| 3 | Serve with broiled tomatoes, polenta, and a green salad. Either a red or a white whine is fine. |
