INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary 1/2 tablespoon fresh sauge or marjoram or 1/4 tablespoon dried sage or marjoram 6 lamb chops or lamb steaks
2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

1 Crush up the rosemary and sage or marjoram, and place in a bowl along with the lamb. Add the garlic and oil, and allow to marinate for 3 hours or longer if you wish.
2 Place the meat on a broiling rack, and broil, under high heat, for about 5 minutes a side or to your taste. Splash with the lemon juice, and salt and pepper, and serve hot.
3 Serve with broiled tomatoes, polenta, and a green salad. Either a red or a white whine is fine.
