INGREDIENTS:
Make a batter with: 2 teacupfuls of flour 1/2 teaspoonful of baking-powder milk, and a pinch of salt
     



1 After frying bacon or ham, leave the fat in the pan and pour the batter into it. Fry until brown on both sides. Can be eaten with bacon and/or fried tomatoes, or with a hot meal of meat and vegetables.
