INGREDIENTS:
6 ozs. fine oatmeal 1 lb. white flour 1/2 oz. yeast, mixed in warm milk, and a little sugar
     



1 Mix the two flours, and add the yeast and sufficient milk to make a thin batter. Cook as pancakes and eat hot, spread with butter.
