Oatmeal Pancakes #2 (Crempog Geirch)

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. flour 1/2 lb. oatmeal 1 teaspoonful salt
1 egg 1 oz. yeast 2 teaspoonfuls baking-powder



1 The oatmeal should be soaked in water overnight. Put flour and baking-powder in basin and add the yeast mixed with a little milk. Add the well-beaten egg and then the oatmeal water. Care must be taken not to add too much oatmeal water-the mixture should drop off a spoon, but not be too thin. Cook as pancakes, spread with butter (and sprinkle sugar on them if desired). These can also be reheated and eaten with bacon.
