Sugar Snap Peas with Chives

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and strings removed 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine 2 teaspoons snipped fresh chives or minced green onion
     



1 In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil; add the peas, cover, and cook for 1 minute. Drain, transfer to a bowl, and set aside.
2 In the same saucepan, melt the margarine over moderate heat; add the peas and toss. Stir in the chives and toss again.
