INGREDIENTS:
grated peel and juice of 1 each orange, lemon, and lime 1 cup sugar 3 cups watermelon chunks
2 cups strawberries 1-1/2 cups raspberries or blueberries (or some of each) 5 small peaches, peeled and halved



1 In a saucepan, place the grated peel and juice of the orange, lemon, and lime. Add sugar, bring to a boil; simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved and syrup is slightly thickened. Chill.
2 In a large bowl, gently mix together the watermelon chunks, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, and peaches. Pour on the chilled syrup; cover, and chill for 2 hours, carefully stirring once or twice. Serve in dessert bowls.
