| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| grated peel and juice of 1 each orange, lemon, and lime | 1 cup sugar | 3 cups watermelon chunks |
| 2 cups strawberries | 1-1/2 cups raspberries or blueberries (or some of each) | 5 small peaches, peeled and halved |
| 1 | In a saucepan, place the grated peel and juice of the orange, lemon, and lime. Add sugar, bring to a boil; simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved and syrup is slightly thickened. Chill. |
| 2 | In a large bowl, gently mix together the watermelon chunks, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, and peaches. Pour on the chilled syrup; cover, and chill for 2 hours, carefully stirring once or twice. Serve in dessert bowls. |
