| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 deboned pork steaks (about 1 pound meat) | 1/2 yellow onion, peeled | 1 green pepper, cleaned |
| 2 tablespoons peanut oil | 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin | 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon oregano | salt to taste | 2 tablespoons dry sherry |
| 1 | Cut the pork steaks into thin slices. Slice up the yellow onion and green pepper. Saute the pork quickly in oil and the garlic. Add the onion and pepper, and continue to stir-fry. Add the cumin and oregano. Add salt. At the last minute add the sherry. |
| 2 | Serve with potatoes, old French style and cold vegetables in mustard dressing, beer and bread. |
