Cook the beans in 1 quart fresh water for 1 hour. Drain. Be sure that they are not overdone. Let cool. |

Cook the pasta, drain, and chill in cold water. |

Prepare dressing of the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and oregano if desired. Add sugar to taste. |

Drain the pasta, and place in bowl with beans. Rinse the defrosted frozen peas, and drain. Add to the bowl with the dressing, and toss. Garnish with parsley. |
