Cheesy Trout Fillets

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 Butterflied Trout Fillets 1 medium onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted 1/2 cup half & half 1 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, finely shredded Paprika



1 Place thawed trout fillets in a shallow, lightly oiled baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2 Saute onion in butter in a saucepan until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; stir carefully until cheese melts. Spoon mixture over trout fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
