| 4-6 Butterflied Trout Fillets | 1 medium onion, chopped | 2 Tbsp. butter, melted |
| 1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted | 1/2 cup half & half | 1 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded |
| 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, finely shredded | Paprika | |
| 1 | Place thawed trout fillets in a shallow, lightly oiled baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 F. |
| 2 | Saute onion in butter in a saucepan until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; stir carefully until cheese melts. Spoon mixture over trout fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. |
