| 6-8 ears fresh, tender roasting corn | 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar | butter |

| 1 | Preheat over to 450 degrees F. Pull down corn husks to remove silk and soak for 10 minutes in enough sugared water to cover. Replace husks and close with a twisting motion or tie closed. Place the ears in the oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove husks prior to serving, and serve with butter and salt and pepper. |
