INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs, beaten 2 cups sugar 1 cup flaked coconut
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell



1 Combine eggs, sugar, coconut, pineapple, butter, flour, cornmeal, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl, stirring well to combine. Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool pie completely before serving.
