| 2-1/4 pounds beef | 1 tablespoon onion juice | mixed spices |
| cooking oil | salt and pepper | parsley |
| 1 | Mince beef twice, then pound smooth with onion juice, mixed spices, and seasoning. |
| 2 | With wet hands, shape into round cakes 2-3 inches in diameter, 1 1-1/2 inches thick, and place in lightly greased double grill or lightly grease skewers and mold minced beef around skewers, sausage-like, about 4 inches long and 1 inches long and 1 inch thick. |
