| 1 onion | 2-3 ripe tomatoes | 3-6 eggs |

| 1 | Chop the onion very fine. Peel and slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick. Fry onion until it softens, then add tomatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes. Break the eggs onto the onion and tomato mixture, and when set sprinkle with seasoning. |
