| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup commercial barbecue sauce | 1/2 cup water | 1/4 cup molasses |
| 1/4 cup vinegar | 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | 2 teaspoons salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard | 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 4 pounds spareribs | ||
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except spareribs, stirring well. Set sauce aside. |
| 2 | Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, and thread on spit; secure with prongs at each end of spit; secure with prongs at each end of spit. Balance ribs properly to avoid strain on motor. Place spit on rotisserie 3 to 4 inches from low coals. Grill ribs 1 hour or until desired degree of doneness. Baste with sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling time. |
