| 2 Tbsp. oil | 2 Tbsp. Flour | 3 Tbsp. chili powder |
| 3/4 cup water | salt to taste | 1/4 tsp. garlic salt |
| 16-oz can green beans, drained | 1/2 cup grated cheese | |
| 1 | In a saucepan, heat oil and brown the flour. Dissolve chili powder in water, then add to browned flour. Add seasonings, mix in green beans. Add cheese and cover, simmering until cheese melts completely. Keep covered until ready to serve. |
