INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar 2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg
1/4 cup molasses 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon



1 Combine sugar, oil, and egg, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add molasses, beating well. Combine flour and remaining ingredients; stir into sugar mixture.
2 Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool on wire racks.
