Easy Vegetable Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter) 2/3 cup pizza sauce 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup) 2 cups broccoli slaw
2/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese



1 Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2 Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread evenly with pizza sauce.
3 Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion in oil about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in broccoli slaw. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender (add up to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to prevent sticking).
4 Spoon vegetable mixture over pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
5 Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese are melted.
