| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups mashed potatoes | 1/4 cup matzoh meal | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| dash of pepper | 2 eggs | prepared chopped liver |
| beaten eggs | oil for frying | |
| 1 | Mix together potatoes, matzoh meal, salt, peper, and eggs. Form into balls. |
| 2 | Make a hole in the center of the balls and fill with chopped liver. |
| 3 | Re-form top of potato balls to enclose chopped liver. |
| 4 | Dip balls in beaten egg. |
| 5 | Fry in oil until brown. |
