INGREDIENTS:
2-1/4 to 3 pounds sirloin or round 10 garlic cloves cooking oil
salt and pepper    



1 Pierce meat with the tip of a sharp knife in several places. Dip each garlic clove in a mixture of salt and pepper and insert in holes. Brown all around, add water to half cover, and cook at 350 F for 2-3 hours or until done through. Cool in refrigerator before slicing.
