| 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine | 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind | 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |

| 1 | Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until mixture thickens, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add butter and remaining ingredients, stirring until butter melts. |
