| 1 package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter) | 1 jar (12 ounces) pickled Giardiniera vegetable mix, well drained | 1 tablespoon chopped drained pepperoncini peppers, if desired |
| 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese (4 ounces) | 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes | |
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 F. |
| 2 | Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix vegetable mix and peppers; spread over bread shell. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. |
