INGREDIENTS:
thin slices white bread 1 package cream cheese 3 tablespoons currant jelly
3 tablespoons currant jelly 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1/4 cup shredded pineapple
1/4 cup diced apple sprigs of mint



1 Cream together the cheese and jelly; and spread on the slices of bread. Heap with the fruits mixed together and slightly sweetened. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
