| 4 slices cooked ham | toast | 2 tbls Swiss cheese, grated |
| 1 | Melt butter, stir in flour smoothly. Blend in cream, stirring until thickened. Chop ham and add to sauce. Heap on toast. Top with Swiss cheese and broil lightly. |
