Apricot-Coconut Glazed Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
1 8-ounce bottle French salad dressing 1 1.2-ounce package onion soup mix 1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup orange juice 4 to 6 large chicken breasts, skin and bones removed, cut into bite-size pieces



1 Preheat oven to 325 F.
2 Mix together salad dressing, onion soup mix, apricot preserves, coconut, and orange juice. Stir in chicken pieces.
3 Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
4 Bake for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours until done. Stir once or twice while baking.
