| 1 8-ounce bottle French salad dressing | 1 1.2-ounce package onion soup mix | 1 cup apricot preserves |
| 1/2 cup flaked coconut | 1/2 cup orange juice | 4 to 6 large chicken breasts, skin and bones removed, cut into bite-size pieces |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 325 F. |
| 2 | Mix together salad dressing, onion soup mix, apricot preserves, coconut, and orange juice. Stir in chicken pieces. |
