INGREDIENTS:
6 cups of water 2 tsp vinegar 4 eggs
1 tsp salt (for warm water)    



1 Bring water and vinegar to a boil. Remove from heat and carefully break and slide in eggs, keeping them near surface. Put back on heat and cook 3 to 5 minutes, depending on desired consistency. Remove eggs and place in cold water. Trim ragged edges. Put into warm salt water until ready to serve.
