INGREDIENTS:
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced 1 small brocolli, chopped 1 large zucchini, sliced
1 cup apple juice 1 teaspoon caraway seeds 1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup slivered almonds



1 Put carrots, broccoli, zucchini, apple juice, caraway seeds, and margarine in a large pot. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat immediately and let simmer for 20 minutes.
2 Arrange vegetables on a platter and sprinkle almonds over top before serving.
