| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced | 1 small brocolli, chopped | 1 large zucchini, sliced |
| 1 cup apple juice | 1 teaspoon caraway seeds | 1 tablespoon margarine |
| 1/2 cup slivered almonds | ||
| 1 | Put carrots, broccoli, zucchini, apple juice, caraway seeds, and margarine in a large pot. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat immediately and let simmer for 20 minutes. |
