Scrambled Omelet (Eierhaber)

INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 cups flour 1 cup milk 3 eggs
pinch of baking powder 2 tbls butter salt or sugar and cinnamon



1 Stir flour, milk, eggs and baking powder into a smooth batter. Melt butter in skillet. Add batter, a spoonful at a time, and brown well on both sides. When done, break up with a fork. Serve on a hot platter. This may be salted before serving and accompanied by vegetables or salads; or sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar to serve with stewed fruits and berries.
