INGREDIENTS:
basic pizza dough cornmeal, if using a pizza peel about 1/2 cup olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
2 cups (about 1 pound) sour cream 3 ounces black caviar 6 ounces red caviar
12 ounces golden caviar whole fresh chives for garnish pesticide-free nasturtium flowers for garnish (optional)



1 Prepare the dough and preheat the oven as directed.
2 Shape the pizza dough as directed in the basic recipe. Prick dough all over with the tines of a fork, then brush with olive oil.
3 Transfer the pie to the preheated baking surface and bake as directed in the basic recipe. Remove from the oven to a cutting tray or board and spoon on sour cream, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Arrange the 3 caviars on top, creating a bull's-eye design or other pattern. Garnish with the chives and nasturtiums, if using. Serve immediately.
