| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 12 ounces thin egg noodles | 6 eggs, beaten | 1 cup sugar |
| 1 pound cream-style cottage cheese | 8 ounces farmer cheese | 4 ounces cream cheese |
| 1 cup sour cream | 2 cups milk | 6 tablespoons butter, melted |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | 1 teaspoon salt | cinnamon sugar |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13-inch kugel dish. |
| 2 | Cook noodles. Add eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, farmer cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. |
| 3 | Put noodles mixture into kugel dish. Sprinkle generous amount of cinnamon sugar over top. |
| 4 | Bake for 1 hour, until kugel starts to brown. |
