Mushroom Salad (Pilzsalat)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb French mushrooms 2 tbls oil 1 tbls vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbls water salt and pepper parsley, chopped
onions or pickles, as desired



1 Cook mushrooms, either whole or sliced, for 4 to 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Mix oil, vinegar, water and seasonings well for a smooth marinade. Pour over mushrooms and let soak thoroughly. Garnish with chopped parsley, little onions or pickles, to serve.
