INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf French bread 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 cup catsup
1 onion, minced salt & pepper sharp cheese



1 Split loaf of French bread lengthwise. Mix ground beef, minced onion, catsup and seasonings. Spread over one piece of the bread. Butter other piece of bread and top with slices of sharp cheese. Place both pieces under broiler and broil until cheese is melted and beef is brown. Can be put together sandwich style or eaten separately.
