INGREDIENTS:
1 large celery stalk, cut into small pieces 1 small onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped
1-1/2 pounds mushrooms, sliced 1 46-ounce can tomato juice



1 Place celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and tomato juice in a skillet.
2 Cook on low heat for 1 hour. This can be served with a number of dishes-rice, meat, chicken, pasta, you name it!
