INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated and drained potatoes 2 eggs, beaten 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1 heaping tablespoon matzoh meal 1 medium onion, finely grated 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
applesauce sour cream



1 Combine potatoes, eggs, salt, matzoh meal, onion, and baking powder.
2 Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle.
3 Fry until both sides are browned.
4 Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
