| 2 cups grated and drained potatoes | 2 eggs, beaten | 1-1/4 teaspoons salt |
| 1 heaping tablespoon matzoh meal | 1 medium onion, finely grated | 1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
| applesauce | sour cream | |
| 1 | Combine potatoes, eggs, salt, matzoh meal, onion, and baking powder. |
