INGREDIENTS:
1 lb flour 6 ozs sugar a pinch of salt
1/2 lb fat-margarine or butter a little grated apple (cooking)



1 Mix all the ingredients into stiff dough; roll out and cut into small rounds. Bake on a bakestone as for Welsh cakes.
