INGREDIENTS:
10 ozs self-raising flour 5 ozs butter 5 ozs demerara sugar
1 lb cooking apples



1 Rub fat into flour, and add sugar and apples peeled and cut into small pices. Mix with enough milk to make a fairly stiff mixture.
2 Cook in greased tin.
