| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup all-purpose flour | 3/4 cup cornmeal | 1/4 cup wheat bran cereal |
| 2 teaspoons baking powder | 1-1/2 teaspoons salt | 1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 cup dairy sour cream | 2 eggs | 1/4 cup honey |
| 1/4 cup butter, melted | ||
| 1 | In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, bran, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In medium bowl, beat sour cream, eggs, honey and butter until blended. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into generously buttered 2-1/2 inch muffin cups. Bake in preheated 425 F. oven 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm. |
