| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled | 1/3 cup sherry | 1/3 cup sesame seed oil |
| 1/3 cup soy sauce | 1/2 teaspoon sugar | 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger | ||
| 1 | Peel and devein shrimp, and place in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring shrimp occasionally. |
| 2 | Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with marinade. |
