| 2 veal chops | salt and pepper | 2 tbls flour |
| 3 tbls butter | lemon, sliced | |
| 1 | Pound and rub chops with seasoning. Dip in flour and brown lightly in hot butter on both sides. Reduce heat and let simmer until done through, about 25 minutes. Garnish with lemon to serve. Serve with lima beans, spinach, cauliflower or other vegetables. |
