| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 small zucchini, about 1 pound | 1 teaspoon Korean sesame oil | 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds |
| 1 tablespoon soy sauce | 1 garlic clove, crushed | 1/4 teaspoon sugar |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper | ||
| 1 | Cut the zucchini across into 1/8-inch thick slices. Drop the slices into boiling water for 1/2 minute and rinse quickly under cold water. Drain and dry on a kitchen towel. |
| 2 | Mix together the sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and pepper. Toss the mixture well with the softened zucchini. |
