| 168-1/2 lbs boneless pork butts | 12 qt soy sauce | 12 qt rice vinegar |
| 12 lb brown sugar | 24 oz black pepper | 24 oz 5-spice powder |
| 1 | Trim excess fat from pork. |
| 2 | Combine all remaining ingredients and rub into pork well. |
| 3 | Start pork in hot 450 F. oven and allow to glaze. |
| 4 | Reduce heat and continue roasting to an internal temperature of 165 F. |
