INGREDIENTS:
168-1/2 lbs boneless pork butts 12 qt soy sauce 12 qt rice vinegar
12 lb brown sugar 24 oz black pepper 24 oz 5-spice powder



1 Trim excess fat from pork.
2 Combine all remaining ingredients and rub into pork well.
3 Start pork in hot 450 F. oven and allow to glaze.
4 Reduce heat and continue roasting to an internal temperature of 165 F.
5 Baste occasionally.
