INGREDIENTS:
4 bunches cilantro, washed and trimmed of coarse stalks 1/2 Spanish onion, peeled



1 Chop the cilantro coarsely, including the smaller stalks. Also chop the onion.
2 Put both into a food processor and puree.
3 Scrape out and freeze in ice-cube trays.
